About the American Powerchair Football Confederation

History

In October 2010, the Powerchair Football Conference of the Americas (PFCA) held the first Americas Championship Cup (ACC) in Vancouver, Canada. The ACC is played by the top club teams in the Americas Zone.

In November 2018, Powerchair Football Conference of the America’s (PFCA) changed its name to American Powerchair Football Confederation ( APFC) and became a 501c3 organization based in the United States.

Our Mission

The mission of the APFC is to practice, develop, coordinate and support the sport of Powerchair Football (also known as power soccer) in the Americas Zone. To this end, APFC has the responsibility for international competition, development and promotion in the Zone.
